Get up and running with Maxun on Elestio in a few minutes.
Maxun lets you build "robots" without writing code: point it at a target URL, record the clicks, scrolls and captures you want, and it replays those actions to extract structured data on a schedule. The stack is served across three ports on the same domain, the UI, a separate backend API, and MinIO object storage used to store captured screenshots. It's positioned as a self-hosted alternative to commercial web-scraping and RPA SaaS tools, keeping scraped data and recorded workflows on your own infrastructure. It supports three data-gathering modes described in its own terms as Extract, Scrape and Crawl, covering everything from single-page extraction to multi-page crawling. Login uses the admin email and password configured at deploy time
The full walkthrough with screenshots is in the installation guide.
Open your service in the Elestio dashboard and go to the Overview tab. Click Display Admin UI to reveal the URL, username and password of your Maxun instance.
If the password field is blank, Maxun does not ship with a pre-created admin user: open the admin URL to start its setup. Software without a web interface, such as databases, is reached with the credentials and port listed in the same tab. See Admin UI and credentials.
