MeshCommander is the ultimate open source Intel® AMT management console. In an effort to make Intel® AMT easier, support many platforms, and over the Internet usages, MeshCommander is entirely built in JavaScript. You can now manage your Intel® AMT computers from within a browser or as a standalone tool. Your privacy matters: MeshCommander does not collect or send back any usage data or telemetry.
MeshCommander provides a built-in remote desktop viewer for Hardware KVM (Keyboard, Video, Mouse) and a serial-over-LAN terminal, enabling administrators to remotely view and control the desktop of AMT-enabled systems. These tools facilitate tasks such as troubleshooting, system recovery, and BIOS configuration without physical access to the machine.
Establishing secure connections is streamlined with MeshCommander's "Quick TLS" feature. This allows users to set up Transport Layer Security (TLS) for Intel AMT with just two clicks, enhancing security without the need for complex configurations or external certificate authorities.
MeshCommander supports recording of KVM sessions, enabling administrators to capture remote desktop activities for auditing or training purposes. Recorded sessions can be played back within the application, providing a valuable resource for reviewing actions taken during remote management sessions.
For systems with Intel AMT versions 11.6 and above, MeshCommander can be loaded directly into the firmware, replacing the default AMT web interface. This integration allows for remote management using only a web browser, eliminating the need for additional software installations.
