Get up and running with Peekaping on Elestio in a few minutes.
Peekaping monitors websites, APIs and other services and alerts you when something goes down, with a real-time dashboard showing live status and response-time history for each monitor. Its API-first architecture means every function is reachable through a REST API, making it easy to automate monitor setup from CI/CD or infrastructure-as-code tooling. The Go backend is built for low CPU and memory use, and the system supports SQLite, PostgreSQL or MongoDB as its storage backend depending on how it's deployed. This template deploys it with a Postgres backend and bundles a pgAdmin console for direct database access alongside the monitoring UI. The project is explicitly in beta, so upstream recommends testing before relying on it in production.
The full walkthrough with screenshots is in the installation guide.
Open your service in the Elestio dashboard and go to the Overview tab. Click Display Admin UI to reveal the URL, username and password of your Peekaping instance.
If the password field is blank, Peekaping does not ship with a pre-created admin user: open the admin URL to start its setup. Software without a web interface, such as databases, is reached with the credentials and port listed in the same tab. See Admin UI and credentials.
