Elestio offers tiered plans to meet the unique requirements of your business, from startups to large enterprises. Our competitive pricing ensures you only pay for the resources you need, with the flexibility to scale as your demand for email services grows.
Elestio charges you on an hourly basis for the resources you use. Each resource has a credit cost per hour. From the dashboard, you can view your current balance, credit cost per hour, and the number of days left before you run out of credits.
This system ensures that you only pay for the resources you use. The credits never expire, and you can use them to pay for any resource you want.
Our free trial gives you $20 in credits to use with a 3-day validity. You can use these credits to try out Postal with Elestio or any other open-source software from our catalog.
You can buy credits in advance and use them to pay for your resources. You can also set up auto-recharge to automatically buy credits when your balance is low. If disabled, your Postal instance and other resources will be stopped if you run out of credits. Don't worry, we'll send you an email notification before that happens.
Elestio supports 6 cloud providers: Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Linode, Scaleway, and AWS. Each provider has different regions available and different instance types. The cost of each instance type varies depending on the cloud provider and the instance type.
You don't pay for the cloud provider directly nor do you need an account with them. Elestio handles all the billing for you, and the estimate you see is the final price you pay.
If you want to deploy on your own cloud provider account or server, you can use our Bring your own VM feature or our AWS integration with the Bring your own AWS account feature.
We generate invoices when you buy credits or when your auto-recharge. Enter your billing details in the account settings. Business customers can enter their company name, and VAT number for the invoice.
We provide 3 different support plans to help you with your Postal instance. The first level of support is free and included when you create your instance. You can upgrade to a higher or lower support plan at any time. Compare our different support plans
