On your first visit to the site, you will be presented with the login/signup screen.
When your instance is first created, an account is created for you with the email you chose. You can get the password for this account by going to your Elestio dashboard and clicking on the "Show Password" button.
Enter your email, name and password and click the "Login" button
The calendar allows users to view and manage appointments. It provides a visual representation of scheduled appointments, making it easy to see availability and schedule new appointments. Users can navigate through different dates and time slots, view details of existing appointments, and create new appointments directly from the calendar interface. You can see the calendar by clicking on the "Calendar" link in the top navigation bar.

The Services feature allows you to manage and organize these different types of appointments, assign them to specific providers, and schedule appointments with them. This could include anything from medical appointments, consulting sessions, to training sessions, depending on the nature of the business using EasyAppointments.
Unavailable Period is a specified timeframe during which a service provider is not available to accept appointments. This feature allows service providers to block out certain periods, such as breaks, holidays, or other unavailability, ensuring that clients cannot schedule appointments during those times. Managing unavailable periods helps optimize scheduling and provides accurate availability information for clients using the EasyAppointments system. You can create a new unavailable period by clicking on the "Unavailable Period" link in the top navigation bar and going to the "Add" option.
Working Plan is a predefined schedule or set of working hours that outlines when a service provider is available to accept appointments. This plan typically includes information such as regular working days, start and end times for each day, and any breaks or intervals during the working hours. You can create a new working plan by clicking on the "Working Plan" link in the top navigation bar. Break can also be added to the working plan.
Customers are the individuals or entities who book appointments or use the services provided by the system. Customers option in EasyAppointments allows you to manage and keep track of your clients' information, such as their names, contact details, appointment history, and any additional notes or preferences. EasyAppointments enables you to efficiently manage your client base, provide personalized services, and maintain a record of past interactions. This can be particularly useful for businesses that rely on repeat customers or need to analyze customer behavior and preferences. You can create new customers by clicking on the "Customers" link in the top navigation bar and going to the "Add" option and then providing the relevant details.
