Creating New Migration

Migration refers to the process of transferring data, such as repositories, users, and settings, from one instance of Gogs to another. It allows you to move your existing data from one Gogs installation to another, ensuring a smooth transition without losing any important information. The migration process typically involves exporting data from the source instance and importing it into the target instance. Gogs provides features and tools to facilitate this migration process, making it easier to manage and transfer your data between different Gogs installations.

Manage SSH Keys

SSH key is a secure way to authenticate and establish a secure connection between your local machine and the Gogs server. It allows you to securely push and pull code from repositories without having to enter your username and password each time. SSH keys consist of a public key and a private key. The public key is stored on the Gogs server, while the private key is kept on your local machine. When you attempt to access a repository, Gogs uses your private key to verify your identity and grant you access. You can manage SSH keys and add new keys by clicking on the "Add Keys" section.
