Creating Flows

Flows are a fundamental concept used to define and orchestrate tasks or processes. A flow represents a sequence of interconnected steps that are executed in a specific order. Each step in a flow can perform various actions, such as running a script, calling an API, or sending a notification. Flows in Kestra provide a visual representation of the workflow and allow for easy management and monitoring of tasks. You can create flows by clicking on the "Flows" tab and then clicking on the "Create Flow" button.

Blueprints provide a way to quickly set up common workflows or processes without having to start from scratch. They can include predefined steps, inputs, outputs, and other configurations that can be customized as needed. The blueprints screen in Kestra allows you to browse, select, and use blueprints to create new flows or tasks. You can access the blueprints by clicking on the "Blueprints" tab.
