Login

On your first visit to the site, you will be presented with the login/signup screen.

When your instance is first created, an account is created for you with the email you chose. You can get the password for this account by going to your Elestio dashboard and clicking on the "Show Password" button.

Creating Accounts

Accounts are organizations or companies that you interact with, such as customers, partners, or suppliers. They store important information like company name, address, and contact details, as well as any related activities or interactions. To create a new account, simply click on the "Accounts" link in the sidebar menu, then click on the "Create" button. By utilizing accounts in EspoCRM, you can manage and track your interactions with various organizations or companies.

Creating Contacts

Contacts in EspoCRM are individuals or people that you interact with, such as customers, clients, or leads. They store important information about the person, including their name, contact details, job title, and any related activities or interactions. Contacts can be associated with accounts, allowing you to track and manage your interactions with specific individuals within an organization or company. Contacts management is essential for maintaining a centralized repository of customer information and ensuring effective communication with customers. You can create contacts by clicking on the "Contacts" link in the sidebar menu, then clicking on the "Create" button.

Creating Calls

Calls allows users to schedule and track phone calls made to or received from contacts or accounts. It provides a place to manage and log all communication activities related to calls. Users can create new calls, view call details, track call duration, and add notes or comments about the call. The Calls in EspoCRM helps users stay organized and keep a record of their communication history with contacts and accounts. You can create calls by clicking on the "Calls" link in the sidebar menu, then clicking on the "Create" button.

Composing Emails

Emails in EspoCRM can be created through various means. One way is by manually composing and sending emails within the EspoCRM interface. Users can navigate to the "Emails" section, where they can create new emails. Additionally, EspoCRM provides integration capabilities with external email clients such as Microsoft Outlook or Gmail. This allows users to synchronize their email accounts with EspoCRM, enabling them to create and manage emails directly from their preferred email client while still maintaining a centralized record of communication within EspoCRM.

You can create new leads by clicking on the "Leads" link in the sidebar menu, then clicking on the "Create" button.

Creating Meetings

Meetings allows users to schedule and manage appointments, conferences, or any other type of planned gathering. Meetings provide a place to organize and track important details such as date, time, location, attendees, etc. Users can create new meetings, view meeting details, invite participants, and keep a record of their communication and collaboration during the meeting. The Meetings in EspoCRM helps users stay organized and ensure effective coordination and communication within their organization or team. You can create meetings by clicking on the "Meetings" link in the sidebar menu, then clicking on the "Create" button.

Creating Opportunities

Opportunities in EspoCRM are potential sales opportunities or deals. They are prospects or potential customers that have shown interest in your products or services and have the potential to convert into actual sales. Opportunities allow you to track and manage the progress of each potential sale, including the stage of the sales process, the value of the opportunity, the probability of closing the deal, and any associated activities or interactions. You can create new opportunities by clicking on the "Opportunities" link in the sidebar menu, then clicking on the "Create" button.

Creating Tasks

Tasks in EspoCRM allows users to create and manage to-do items or action items. They help users stay organized and keep track of their tasks and deadlines. Users can create new tasks, assign them to specific users or teams, set due dates, add descriptions or notes, and mark tasks as completed when they are finished. Tasks provide a centralized place to manage and prioritize work, ensuring that important tasks are not overlooked and deadlines are met. You can create new tasks and assign them to users by clicking on the "Tasks" link in the sidebar menu, then clicking on the "Create" button.
